I help women understand their health through every season of life, from postpartum and the early parenting years to perimenopause, mood changes and the challenges of midlife.

I'm a family physician in Surrey, BC, with more than ten years in full-scope practice and a physician leadership role in long-term care. My strength is making complicated medicine understandable, then breaking it into steps women can act on. I bring the questions I hear in clinic every week, and the plain answers women are looking for.
